Most of the things you are gonna look at when you practice is trying to find your maximum speed, acceleration and agility, muscular endurance, flexibility, mobility up and down the field and football plays.

Dieting is the most important thing when it comes to doing football and other sports, it keeps you feeling strong and focused. When dieting you always want to eat foods with carbohydrates, protein and carbs. the foods recommended for dieting are anything with pasta, breads and protein bars (recovering from practicing)
