In football there are certain positions that all play a role into making the game more challenging and fair. They are called offense and defense. Now there are a few positions on offense that are pretty key in the game itself. Running Back is the person behind the quarterback that will be handed the ball or run a short route. Quarterback is the leader of the team and is the one who will hand, run or pass the ball at any given play. Receivers are the players that usually catch the ball but only on pass plays. Now it's time to move to defense, a Linebacker on defense is the one who tackles or prevents the person with the ball to gain positive yardage.

Last but not least the only subject that will keep you healthy and that will not risk injuries internally and externally, Dieting. Dieting is the most important thing when it comes to doing football and other sports, it keeps you feeling strong and focused. When dieting you always want to eat foods with carbohydrates, protein and carbs. the foods recommended for dieting are anything with pasta, breads and protein bars (recovering from practicing)
