Tomorrow we are scheduled to have our HCR Spirit and Halloween Parade at 9:20 am. We are also scheduled to have our Trunk or Treat from 6-8 pm.

The weather is looking rainy but we are holding out hope.

At 8:00 am, I will send out an email blast letting you know whether we will do the parade outside or inside. If it is outside we will follow the route below. If you are able to come, don't do what I would want to do as a parent and cross the street to take pictures. Please stay on the opposite side of the street. As a parent with a kindergartener in her first Halloween parade, please know I will struggle to follow the rules, but we are trying to follow Parkway Guidelines and keep all people safe. If we have to move the parade inside parents will not be allowed in the building. We will do our best to capture the moments of joy and send them out to the community.

At 4:00 pm, I will send out an email letting you know whether Trunk or Treat is outside or inside the gym. If Trunk or Treat is outside, please park off the lot as we will use the lot for the event.

If we have to move Trunk or Treat to the gym we will ask you to come at scheduled times: Families with last names A-M come from 6-7 pm and N-Z from 7-8 pm. This will allow for some social distancing. Please contact Karen Johnson if you are hosting a station and have any questions. If we have to move it inside we ask every child and adult to follow Parkway COVID guidelines and wear a mask. You may park in the lot in the event it is outside. We will enter and exit through the gym doors.
