HS Band Practicing for the Memorial Day Parade

Rehearsal
2:00pm: Graduation ceremony begins
- Pomp and Circumstance
- Spirit of Aloha - Seniors, bring your instruments to join us one last time!
- Recessional
3:30pm: Approximate end time
We will need everyone to stack their chair and put away their music stand at the conclusion of the performance. Volunteers are needed to reload the trailer.
The band room will not reopen after the performance.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR INSTRUMENT UNATTENDED! - Mrs. Rosselit is not going to babysit instruments this year while you congratulate your senior friends. ;-)
Please dress in nice black and white clothing. Gentlemen, wear an appropriate tie. Watch the weather and dress accordingly.
End of Year Reminders
If you are using a school instrument, we need to have them checked in by Tuesday, June 4th (middle school) or Wednesday, June 5th (high school).
If you are renting your instrument from Meyer Music and want to get it checked/repaired for the summer, we will see our Meyer Rep on June 5th. We can send it at that time. Please let Mrs. Rosselit or Mr. Emeigh know if you want to send your instrument in.
If you are renting your instrument from Meyer and will not be continuing with band, we will send your instrument with our Rep on June 5th. Please let us know if that is the route you would like to take.
Please DO NOT cancel your rental for the summer if you are continuing with band. You will lose the amount of money you have already put forward toward your investment.
Summer Fundraising Opportunity
All of the funds you raise through your work-shifts goes to your student's band account. This is a great way to build up their accounts for band camp/marching shoes/future trips. High School students are welcome to work to bolster their accounts as well.
You do not have to work every day; the hours vary. Please give Sherri Keene a call @ 269-921-0506 to secure a shift before they fill up!
