Delicious Desserts to Support Fabra!
Our annual pie fundraiser kickoff begins today! This event provides many additional resources for all of our students K-5. Our selected fundraising company is local, and provides excellent service and fresh desserts. This year, our school will receive 50% of all sales if 50% of our school participates. All students received the brochure and order form today. Help us reach our 50% goal!
With the money raised, we are able to hold student assemblies, purchase additional materials for our classrooms, playground equipment, technology, and other enrichment activities that we are not able to provide with our allotted state funds. Our fundraiser also supports field trips and many great ideas students in our different clubs have!
At our kickoff pep rally today, we shared with students the many prizes they can receive. Beyond the individual prizes, we have quite a few class participation (at least selling one item) incentives as well! They are listed below:
* 40% of the class participates - Pizza Party!
* 50% of the class participates - Seat Cushions & Pie for our teachers
* 100% Class Participation - Class Picks Prize (Dance Party, Movie and Popcorn, Soccer Game)
Top 3 Classes- Lunch Picnic at Joshua Creek Park
Top 3 Students Per Grade Level (By Total Items Sold) - Will get to PIE Dr. Hinojosa & Mr. Latiolais and be VIP's at an upcoming assembly.
We hope that our students have fun and enjoy raising money for our school. Remember, no door to door sales. Only friends and family that want an extra dessert for Thanksgiving!
All pies and desserts will be delivered on Wednesday, November 14th.
