Healthy Cowboy Challenge


The healthy cowboy challenge is a 12 week course to change how you look and feel about yourself. The challenge is a way for participants to change their diets and exercise habits. This change of habit for this short time period can lead to long term effects afterwards; increased esteem, fitness, overall health and more.


Participants will do a weekly check up with their own group of students during the 12 week period. Each client will get their own diets, exercise plan, tips and resources to really change their lives.
