Devolson Time
Ms. Barksdale shared what Devolson meant with me a couple of years ago. From what I understand, it is the time of year when your momentum may lessen and some of the beginning of the "sparks" may subsides. The awesome part of what Ms. Barksdale showed me was it is an opportunity for us to LEAN IN to each other to provide inspiration, laughs, and just fun.
