Senior Order Week with Josten's Nov 9th-13th
ACMA CLASS OF 2021
Greetings Seniors & Families!
Due to a technical difficulty -- we are pushing the roll-out of the Jostens' ordering process by a week. Please expect communication from Jostens' this week, Order Week is now the Week of Nov. 9 - 13 and the deadline for ordering is November 20, 2020.
This year, more than ever before, it is critical to place your graduation order during this Senior Order Week period.
There are 3 ways to place your order:
- Order Online at www.jostens.com - this is the easiest way to place your order.
- Order on the Phone at 1-800-JOSTENS (567-8367). This is the best option if you prefer to make a deposit or to order without a payment. We also have Spanish speakers available.
- Mail your order to us - Print out your order form on our website.

If you're spending a long time at home, it can be a challenge to keep yourself occupied. Luckily, 10 Ways to Survive Life in a Quarantine is full of handy solutions, from putting on a musical with your dog, to becoming an announcer for a made-up sport, to falling in love with an inanimate object. Hey, we promised handy solutions - we never said they wouldn't be strange. Whether or not you're inspired to take up origami and squirrel observation, this flexible new play written by Don Zolidis especially for actors to perform online is sure to bring a laugh to anyone who finds themselves unexpectedly indoors.

6th Grade Turns the Wheel on Nov 16th
Hello 6th Graders (& Parents),
Most of your classes are on a semester schedule. The exception is your Elective Wheel course in Period 1 &/or Period 2. This course is on a quarter schedule. When we are in-building - we usually escort the groups to their new wheel class at the quarter. Being in remote ... we miss out on that transition fun.
The end of first quarter is November 12. What this means is on Monday November 16 - you need to log into your new 2nd quarter wheel classes as shown in your Quarter 2 schedule. We will be testing the remote transition to see if we have any kinks... watch for further instructions in the week to come.
Please look at your Quarter 2 classes using StudentVue. The following diagram shows how to find the schedule for Quarter 2 once you are in your StudentVue account.
PTO Fundraiser at Panera - Nov 17th
THANK YOU to all ACMA families for their outpour of support for the recent fundraising event at Chipotle. We are humbled by the enthusiasm and participation that helped us exceed our event fundraising goal.
Our next ACMA PTO Restaurant Fundraiser will be at Panera Bread on Cedar HIlls Boulevard on NOVEMBER 17th from 4 pm to 8 pm.
The recent event was a huge success for ACMA and Chipotle, yet we learned a few logistics details need to be coordinated with the restaurant itself to ensure the safety of the ACMA patrons and the restaurant staff. As the PTO coordinator for the event, I have discussed the event with Chipotle and Panera Bread. The lessons learned will lead to a safer experience at Panera Bread.
Online (pick up or curbside) and in person orders will qualify for the ACMA fundraiser. Unfortunately, gift cards, delivery services, like DoorDash, Postmates, and catering will not count. More information will be provided as we approach the event date. Thank you again.
