Concert Season!

Our 3rd-5th grade students did an amazing job on Wednesday at their concert. We have so many talented students at Washington! Thanks to Ms. Graber for her energy, passion and high expectations with our musicians. We are so lucky to have her and are thankful for her at Washington.

I can't wait to see our JK-2nd graders and our Band, Orchestra and Choir perform next week.

Winter Break

Our last day of school before winter break is next Friday, December 22nd. Students are off the week of December 25th - December 29th and also Monday, January 1st. School will resume on Tuesday, January 2nd.

PTA Updates

Thank you to all those who joined us for our 2nd annual Parents Night Out at Ray's last night. It's great to get together in a social setting AND support our school at the same time. A percentage of sales, upstairs and downstairs, will come back to Washington Elementary if you mentioned our school at check out.

A special thank you to Dana Marble for organizing and Tony Marble for helping us celebrate Washington Elementary.

Attention all Scientists!! Thank you to all of you that plan on doing science fair and have submitted a science fair proposal! Approvals were emailed last week - please email committeesciencefair@gmail.com if you have not heard an update on your proposal. We look forward to seeing the results of all your scientific testings!

The holiday season will soon be upon us. Here is a listing of the upcoming concert dates:

Tuesday, December 19, 2:00 PM (9:30 for AM JK parents only)

All PM/JK-2nd Holiday Sing /all PM/JK -2nd grade students perform.

Wednesday, December 20, 7:00 PM

Band, Jr. Choir and Sr. Choir, 4th and 5th grade Orchestras

Only 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students that are in band, choir and orchestra perform.

Right At School (RAS) Day Camps!

RAS is providing all-day camps on the school district upcoming no school days!

December 26-29 will be Winter Break Camp "Gizmos and Gadgets Galore" (click here for flyer).
