This article helped me because its from a world wide news report and shows how the crime happen.
Comparisons
Prankster ValTv, was being threatened and cursed out by Police. People say why would he do that in the first place but yet again, police officers are excessively mad over his humor. From what I can compare, South Africa can be worse over a Prank. Officers do stress a lot working and having someone "farting on you" will push the button and cause harm to the prankster.

This article helped me because it talks about how the Choke-hold "incident" was not indicted.
Preventions
Prevention's of Eric Garner abuse.
The U.S. government must do more to ensure policing practices nationwide are brought into line with international human rights standards, including the use of lethal force, and to address systemic racial discrimination. The Department of Justice has failed to collect accurate, comprehensive national data on police use of force, including the numbers of people killed or injured through police shootings or other types of force.

This article helps because it talks about what the government should do to prevent police brutality in different ways
“If you’re not marching to the polls, you’re not going to make the critical difference to prevent this from happening to someone else’s child,” “Unfortunately the things that we’re angry about have been happening for a very long time and they’re going to continue to happen unless they change the laws.” - Rosario Dawson.
What she mean from this statement is that, people who don't stand up and ask for a change, the law isn't going to change at all.

This article helps because a celebrity talks about how to prevent the illegal force from happening again.
