Our Mission

The staff of Rosa Parks/Millbrook in collaboration with parents and community, will pursue excellence as we walk in our purpose to develop the whole child, academically and socially, and ensure that all students take responsibility for their learning and reach self-sustaining success.

Our Vision: Every Student a Success!

We are excited about the increase in parental engagement and involvement that is occurring at Rosa Parks/Millbrook. Seeing you engaged in our WEBO Workout Wednesday each week, the Fall Family Literacy Night, Parent Academies, and most recently #BeSTEM Family Night has meant the world to our students. Each time a student is able to talk how they experience learning with their parent, it boosts their academic, emotional, and social esteem. We invite you continue to partner with us throughout the remainder of this school year and in the future with all RPM and LISD engagement activities and parent workshops. We thank you for your committed partnership day-by-day as we continue to Build Children, Character, and Community Everyday!

RPM Celebrates Paraprofessional Appreciation Day ~ Wednesday, April 7.

Enrollment is required for all families, every year. Click the Online Enrollment image to begin the enrollment process for 2021-2022.

We are excited about your interest in Lancaster ISD’s PreK-3, PreK-4, and Kindergarten programs! Out of an abundance of caution, and in keeping with COVID-19 precautions, this year’s enrollment event will be a hybrid event.

All families should complete their child’s online pre-registration. Parents may either upload the required documents and complete their registration 100% online, or, after completing the online portion, families who are unable to upload their documentation may attend a socially-distanced in-person hybrid event.

Those needing assistance with registration are encouraged to attend the hybrid event at the Lancaster High School Coliseum on Saturday, April 17th from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. Spanish speakers will be available for translation assistance and technology will also be available.

To get started, collect the required documents and click the big orange button below. For additional information and instructions, please scroll down.

  • Scholars are expected to be on time to their classes. Morning instruction begins promptly at 8:00a.m. Ensure students are on time by logging in by 7:50a.m.
  • School uniforms are not required during online learning, however attire must be appropriate. No pajamas or head gear allowed.
  • All cameras are required to be on during virtual classes.
  • Persistent misbehavior/classroom disruptions will not be tolerated.
  • Remain muted until asked to un-mute.

Help us help your child each school day by ensuring they are fully prepared for face-to-face instruction.

  • Students must bring their devices fully charged each day.
  • Students must bring their chargers each day.
  • Students must bring the required materials (paper, pencil, journal, etc.) for their classes each day.
  • Students must have on a clean mask (provided by parent).
  • Students must wear a face shield (provided by the school).

These are the very basics that are required for your child to have a successful learning experience. When students aren't prepared it slows down learning for our virtual and face-to-face students. We are in a pandemic currently and do not have extra staff, space, nor materials for students who come unprepared. We are not sharing materials. Therefore it is each households responsibility to ensure students arrive at school fully prepared each day. Parents please help us help your child by making sure they prepare all materials nightly; then check their backpacks, and bring them to school daily.

Building Children, Character, and Community Everyday

“A hundred years from now it will not matter, what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove; but the world would be different because I was important in the life of a child.”
