As we all understand, it’s important to maintain a strong focus on mental health, physical health and social-emotional wellbeing. Please know that your feelings are valid, no matter what they are. Some days you might feel happy and grateful! No worries. Life is good while other days something unexpected happens and you may feel sadness, disappointment or anger. All your feelings matter. Always remember ECASD cares about you!
We are here for you and are working through all of this together to better days ahead.
With the weather getting colder and the snow beginning to fall, we hope you are able to get outside and enjoy winter activities such as going for a walk, looking at the beauty only Wisconsin winters bring and/or or playing in the snow. :)
Explore and Enjoy!
