School Pictures

Pictures have arrived from Lifetouch and your student should have brought them home. Please open the envelope and make sure everything is right with the order. If it is not, contact the school office right away. If you would like your student to have retakes and they have already had their picture taken please send your student with the Lifetouch package (all pictures must be included) they received on Retake Day - Friday Nov. 15.

If your student has not had their picture taken we will require them to get it taken (for class photos and yearbook) on retake day even if you do not intend on ordering. If you would like to order pictures fill out a retake order form (email the school office and I will send one home) or order online at ID:EVTQGG9KX

Class pictures will not be delivered until after all retakes have been done. These usually arrive around mid-December.

Thank you!

News from Mrs. Coley

St. Alphonsus friends and family,

This letter is to let you all know that I will be leaving my position as administrative assistant at St. Alphonsus next Friday, Nov. 15. I will be starting a new job working as an administrative assistant at the Blake Upper School in Minneapolis. I will miss all of you and your wonderful children but look forward to what this new adventure will have in store.

I feel incredibly blessed to have worked at St. Alphonsus for 5 years and get to know all of our incredible families and children. I will still be around in a parent capacity and hope to see you around at school events.

God bless you all,

Margaret Coley

Want to Volunteer

We need many volunteers throughout the year to help our school be as successful as it is!

How to Volunteer: Log into Sycamore and see the MANY opportunities (new opportunities are added almost weekly)!

Most of these opportunities require the volunteers to meet the Archdiocese's Essential 3 Requirements (please note this is not unique to St. Al's - but across the Archdiocese)! Details on how to become E3 qualified are attached to this newsletter. If at any time you ever have any questions about this process, please connect with Sarah Gerads at Thank you for your continued support of St. Al's.
