Treat the Staff for Valentine's Day
The Hospitality Committee will be visiting Hollymead staff and providing coffee, hot chocolate, tea, sparkling water and treats on Valentine's Day. Sign up now to contribute food or drink or to make a direct donation.
Please bring all items to the Hollymead front office by 8 am on Monday, February 12.
Bingo Night on February 16
Mark your calendar for 6 to 7:30 pm on Friday, February 16! We are thrilled to bring back one of Hollymead's favorite events, Bingo Night! The event is a great way to spend time with your family and community, win some prizes, and support our school. Bingo cards will be free, and we'll have snacks for sale.
We will need a handful of volunteers to help make the event extra fun, and lots of helpers to bake and donate items for the accompanying bake sale. Sign up now to volunteer!
Winter After-School Clubs
We have an exciting lineup of after-school clubs planned for this winter! These PTO-sponsored offerings provide enrichment opportunities for students and help support our work in the school community.
Please see club dates and registration info for clubs still accepting registrations below. All registration information is also available on the Hollymead PTO website.

Easy Ways to Support the PTO
The success of the PTO depends on you! We rely on your help, passion, and engagement to support our school community. Interested in getting involved? Join us at our next meeting on Thursday, February 1 at 7 pm at Hollymead to learn more, complete our volunteer interest form, or email hollymeadptovolunteer@gmail.com to see how you can share your time and talents.
Even if you can't volunteer your time, you can still take a few simple actions to support the PTO:
- Participate in our guilt-free fundraiser and make a donation via PayPal! We want to remove the hassle for families to buy or sell goods to support our fundraisers. Instead, you can make a donation, and 100% of your contribution will go directly to the PTO. Remember to note "donation" when completing the transaction.
- Update your grocery cards to benefit Hollymead Elementary (Kroger: Hollymead ID# 80574 and Harris Teeter: Hollymead ID# 5899). These must be updated every year.
- Download the Box Tops app and earn funds for Hollymead. Learn more and download the app here.
