What's Happening in the Club February and March

Happy February Skating Club of Houston Members! WE NEED YOU!

We have our big competition coming up need your help to make it happen! Putting on a large competition like this is a lot of work! In order to make it successful and be able to continue, we need your help with donations and volunteers! Please read on to see how you can help! If everyone does a little it turns into a lot!

We will need LOTS OF VOLUNTEERS for our upcoming competition!

If your child ends up competing on the same day/time that you sign up, we will then rearrange it and switch with someone else! Let's get all of those spots filled first!

Volunteers should be at least 16 years and up.

Silent Auction Sign Ups

The Skating Club of Houston will be hosting a competition at Aerodrome March 11-13, 2022. We are putting together a few baskets for our silent auction as a fundraiser for the club.

To donate, please follow these simple steps:

Baskets are divided up by the skater's Learn-to-Skate levels (Snowplow Sam, Basic 1, etc.) and then Club Levels, but feel free to chose any level to donate with!

2) Sign up for the item(s) you would like to donate.

If you try to sign up for your class and there is nothing left, it is okay to sign up for another basket item.

3) Please send your item(s) between Thurs. Feb. 10, 2022 and Sat. Mar. 5, 2022.

Upcoming Test Sessions hosted by SCH

April 9, 2022 at Bellerive Ice Center

If enough tests warrant, it is possible that tests could be schedule the day before or the day after depending on ice availability. If you have a conflict, it is best to email the test chair, Jane Campbell PRIOR to the deadline for those days. We can not arrange and make adjustments to schedules once the schedule is made. If you have a conflict for the specific date of the test, it is suggested that you do a virtual test or schedule for our next session.
