Student Council 25 lb. Chocolate Santa Raffle

Tickets will be sold before school December 4th - 15th for a 25 lb. Chocolate Santa. Tickets will be $1 for 1 ticket or $5 for 6 tickets. The drawing will be held on December 15th. All proceeds will benefit Student Council.

Donations Needed...

We are in need of extra clothes to fill our clothes closet. We are especially short on sweatpants or leggings, socks, underwear, coats, sweatshirts, hats, and mittens. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

PAWSOME Behavior Rewarded at K.C. Ling

On December 15th, all students exhibiting "PAWSOME BEHAVIOR" from now until Christmas break will be rewarded with a special viewing of a holiday movie with the principal. Students who have been referred to the office for behavior issues and have to fill out a reflection sheet will stay back in their classrooms. We are hoping all students will exhibit "PAWSITIVE BEHAVIOR" from now until then so they can take part in this fun behavior boosting activity.

Pay It Forward Project

Through December 8th, students are being asked to bring in new or gently used books as part of a Pay It Forward project here at K.C. Ling. The classroom that collects the most books will receive a pizza and pop party.

SAFETY FIRST!

Here at Hemlock Public School District, safety is our #1 priority. To ensure student safety, we have been conducting drills to ensure students and staff are well-prepared in the event of an emergency. We will continue to practice these safety drills periodically throughout the school year. You may hear your child talk about these drills occasionally. Please know that we will always communicate with parents in the event of a real emergency.

Happy Birthday!
