Weekly Update April 20th-24th

Hello Rother,

Congratulations on all your hardworking and energy to make the first week of Distance Learning a success. It has been awesome to hear about the success stories many of you have shared about overcoming obstacles that distance learning is presenting. The continued grace, positivity and teamwork will be the best way for us all to succeed. This week we had 62% of our students connected through digital learning and our goal next week will be to have the % 80% or above.

If you need internet please reach out to Spectrum as they are offering free internet or drive to any EESD campus and access the free WIFI on site.

Celebrations: Last week at Rother 350 Chromebooks were handed out. Our food services set an EESD one day record for passing out 615 meals in one day! Finally 99% of all K-3 students received there academic materials that are to accompany digital learning.

Moving forward lunch willl continue being served 11-12:30 Our office will be open to handout any materials from teachers, pass out registration packets or answer any questions that might help improve distance learning.
