Welcome to 4th grade!
Lingle Avenue Elementary, Room 45
Here I will post news about what is going on in our classroom (pictures included!), upcoming dates and events, and any needed information for our classroom and school. We hope you enjoy it and can stay informed on how we spend our day in 4th grade!
About my Teacher
This year will be my third year teaching in elementary school. In 2014, I graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Special Education with a focus in Elementary Education. I have experience teaching children with autism at the Virginia Institute of Autism and have taught 1st grade and 3rd grade. I am very excited to be working with 4th graders - there is so much fun learning you can do at their age!
In my free time, I love spending time with my little family. My husband and I are newlyweds and we have one furry child, our border collie named Watson. I also love running, being outside, and eating pizza!
Please do not hesitate to contact me this year with any questions or concerns! I am here to help your child learn and be successful. Also follow us in the classroom by visiting our Smores online newsletter page and our twitter account!
