Do you like sports ?! think its the best way to gave your body it's health,

today, im going to talk about my favorite sport that i do in my free time, wich is parkour.


So, what is the parkour?!

parkour is all about climbing,jumping,runing

It is an acivity that requires you to move all part you body at the same time

It also could be really dangerous sometimes; because you coulf fall off objects really easily,

But at the same time it's really entertaining, especially with a friend.

When i was a kid, i used to climb alot of things and jump out of them , and when i grew up... i discovered this amazing sport, ifll in love with it

and start to hang out with friends and do this sport


I love parkour, its every thing , its my life

Parkour (French pronunciation: ​[paʁkuʁ]) is atraining discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle coursetraining.[4][5][6] Practitioners aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, climbing, vaulting, jumping, rollingquadrupedal movement, and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation.[7][8] Parkour's development from military training gives it some aspects of a non-combative martial art.

Parkour was developed in France, primarily by Raymond Belle, and further by his sonDavid Belle and his group of friends, the self-styled Yamakasi, during the late 1980s.[13][14]The discipline was popularized in the late 1990s and 2000s through films, documentaries, and advertisements featuring the Yamakasi.[4]
