To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will . . . tell myself I will have good health, and have a positive attitude towards my health.


I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by . . . What I will gain from that "pain" is . . .

Pain can sometimes be good, because it can change the way you view a certain issue. Without pain, you would do the same thing over and over. As a result, you would continue to feel that same pain. Pain allows us to change the way we react, it allows us to change our expectations. As a result, the pain will go away.
