A Message from the Principals

Hello Millbridge Families,

Thank you for helping to develop our children's love of reading. The number of students leaving the book fair with smiles on their faces and books in their hands was exciting to see.

Did you know our students have been doing a great job earning Cub Coins? Students are given these coins by Millbridge staff members when they are doing things that exemplify our four bear paws- caring, respectful, responsible, and helpful. Take a moment and ask your child about why they received their last cub coin. We are so proud of our students and would appreciate your help in celebrating these healthy choices at home.

Educationally yours,

Mrs. Massey and Mrs. Murphy

Drop Off

When you are dropping off please do not block the crosswalk in the carpool line. Students are constantly crossing and we need a clear walkway.

Parade Route - Oct. 31 @ 11am

Parents and observers should stand behind the cones in front of the school. The parade will also run around our new carpool loop. The route will start at our Pre-K doors, in front of the school and around the carpool loop.

Halloween Google Form

If you are planning on taking your child home after the parade please fill out the form below to make dismissal more efficient. Dismissal will take place in the cafeteria. We will dismiss similarly to parent pick up. By filling out this google form you will not need to show ID, however, if a last minute decision is made to take your child you will be prompted to go to the main office with ID to sign your child out.

Please click here to complete the form by October 18th.

Mill-Bridging Cultures - November 15th

FAMILIES! We need YOUR help! Delran is an incredible town, rich with diversity. We are hoping to showcase the beautiful diversity of this town to our students. On the evening of Tuesday, November 15th (TIME - TBD), Millbridge will be hosting "Mill-Bridging Cultures"! This will be an opportunity for staff, students (new and old), and community members to learn and share about the many different cultures represented here in Delran (and beyond!) We are hoping to have our community display what makes them unique. Students, staff, and community members are invited to come as either a visitor or a presenter. Visitors will stroll the halls of Millbridge and interact with the different visual displays, music, games, and even food! Presenters can create a poster, bring in an artifact, or bake a dish that ties in with their culture. The possibilities are endless! Please complete the survey below to help us plan for this event! Interested in learning more? Please email mbascou@delranschools.org . Thank you for your help with this!

LOST AND FOUND

Each year, we have countless items ranging from winter coats to backpacks that are lost. We strongly encourage parents to LABEL EVERYTHING with your child’s name, teacher and bus letter. Lost and found items are kept in the gym and put out periodically throughout the year.

Become an Observer in Canvas

If you have not already done so, please be sure to become an observer for your child(ren) in Canvas. The information below is from the district's webpage and will help you become a co-observer. If you have multiple children, you will be able to see everything for them in one place. Teachers will be providing a weekly overview for parents and notes for the week in Canvas.

To enable co-enrollment (observer) in Canvas K-12 your student will need to generate a pairing code and you will need to link the account. A parent may pair (link) to multiple children in the same parent (observer) account.

You will need to set up the pairing through a web browser like Chrome. You cannot enable pairing or observing through the parent app.

Co-enrollment means you can view grades, upcoming assignments and due dates, missing work, and teacher communication.

Teachers can send individual, group, and course-wide messages to students and parents.

Once you're co-enrolled, you'll want to set-up your notification preferences. Click here for instructions on setting up your notification preferences.
