“College Acceptance Day Pep Rally 2019”
Harmony Public Schools has arranged for all 8th -11th-grade students to attend the 8th Annual Harmony PublicSchools’ “College Acceptance Day Pep Rally”. This exciting event will take place on April 18th at Tudor Fieldhouse- Rice University.
The students will have the opportunity to celebrate with the senior class of 2019 and over 4,000 fellow Harmony students through music, entertainment, and special guests. Students need to bring a sack lunch. Students will not be allowed to leave. Students in grade 8th -11th are asked to wear a
college t-shirt or school spirit shirt with school-approved blue jeans.
Students will leave the school between 8-9 am and will return by regular dismissal time. Please be aware that due to the large amount of student participation leaving this event, the buses may arrive back to campus later than scheduled; please keep
in contact with your child.

Safety Reminders for Dismissal
Safety Reminders for Dismissal
- Drive carefully and Stay off your cell phones.
- Please, do NOT load on the feeder. Pull into the driveway and load your vehicle.
- Always have your dismissal placards visible in your car during dismissal.
- Due to safety reasons, please DO NOT walk up to pick up the students! Please stay in your cars and drive the dismissal path.
- Remind your child to listen for their names and pay attention to their cars.
- Reminder for dismissal, after 3:20 students will be in Building B for pick up not Building A.

Real Madrid Campus Experience & Madrid-Toledo Trip 2019
Program highlights
· First-come, first-served basis, ONLY 25 seats available
· Only rising 9-12 grade (14-17 years old) boys and girls
· Application form and $600 deposit must be made no later than February 1, 2019
· Trip cost $3400 includes airfare, accommodation, transportation, 3 meals per day, guided tours, park & museum fees.
· Payment plan is available. Last payment must be paid by June 1, 2019
· Departure/Arrival cities are Houston & Madrid

SUMMER SPORTS CAMP REGISTRATION FORM
Harmony Public Schools - Alternate Meals Policy
ATTENTION: Students are not allowed to purchase a la carte items if their account has a $0 or negative balance. If they are purchasing a milk, we will allow them one charge as a courtesy. The Lunch Clerk will inform the student and parent that there must be funds in the meal account for a la carte purchases. The next attempt to purchase a la carte items will be denied until the account shows a positive balance.
The district charge limit applies to reimbursable meals only and not a la carte purchases.
