The Tiger Times
November 2020
A Note from the Principal
Dear Mohawk Families,
It is hard to believe November is here! The changing leaves and chillier weather can be a reminder to slow down and enjoy the fall before the holidays arrive. The craziness of the coming back to school has subsided and the children have all settled into their classrooms, teachers and new routines.
Ensuring the safety of our students and staff is our top priority. As the weather gets colder, our parking lot will become even more congested. PLEASE review the safety procedures within this newsletter for dropping off and picking up your child. We want to set good examples for our students and appreciate your patience, cooperation and support with the safety precautions. It is our top priority to provide a safe environment where children can learn and grow, which is why the procedures have been put into place. Thank you again for your continued support!
As we approach the holiday season, we wish the best health and happiness to all of our Mohawk families. Take the time to appreciate all we have and be thankful for the wonderful community in which we live and work. It truly is a special place and we are very thankful to be a part of our amazing Mohawk family. On behalf of the entire Mohawk staff, we wish you and your family a safe, blessed and happy holiday season!
Warmly,
Andrea Lopez
Principal

It's That Easy Workshop
Parents count on their school to provide important information about puberty and relationships through our health curriculum. Times are different right now and some of these important lessons may be shortened or even postponed due to COVID-19. Chippewa Valley Schools invites you to a community conversation on talking to your child about sexual health and development. You can start these conversations as soon as you are ready and we are here to help you!!
