Each grade level should wear the color specified:
Blue - 5th and Kindergarten
Yellow - 4th and 1st
Red - 2nd and 3rd
We will line up by color on the playground and then proceed to the field where we will fill in the outline of a ribbon. Mr. Ditlow will be coming with his drone to get the picture from the air.
Friday, April 6th will be our "Light it up Blue" day!
Everyone will wear blue, students and staff will receive autism ribbons to wear, an explanation of the meaning behind the ribbon, and a picture to color and be displayed. Teachers will have access to books written at different comprehension levels to share with their students to explain Autism and ways to be a friend with everyone.
