Congratulations!

Every year, the law firm of Arnold and Itkin holds an art contest where the students have to draw what respect means. This year, our very own Jorge O. (5th grade) won 1st place!!! He won $200 for himself and Mrs. Lloyd received $1400 for her class. In addition, the law firm made a donation of $1400 to MD Anderson Children Cancer Center on Jorge's behalf.

Congratulations to Brian O. (5th grade) for winning our campus Veteran's Day Essay. He was recorded reading his essay and it will be shared at the GPISD Veteran's Day celebration!

Congratulations to India C. She is now a published author! One of her poems was chosen to be published in the 2021 I Write Short Stories by Kids for Kids Publishing Contest's Anthology Vol. 12!
