We Got This!
We have entered the most important part of our school year. More of the school year remains than has passed. I mention this because the time left in our year represents a great opportunity: An opportunity to build better relationships with our students, an opportunity to plan even more fantastic lessons for our students, and the opportunity to make an even bigger difference. I implore us all to maintain a sense of urgency. Just this last week, at 3:35 I was walking around our school and witnessed staff using those last few minutes to read and conference with students. Here it was the end of the day and these staff members were using the remaining time to read with students and to build relationships. These teachers could have merely packed the students up and shut things down for the day but instead they were squeezing more value from the time they had.
Each student counts and every moment matters!
Micro Elementary is the small school where BIG things happen...thanks to you!
