*Reminder: Gym Day Schedule (1st-8th Grade Students Wear Gym Uniforms on Gym Day):
- Monday: Pre-K3A, Pre-K3B, Pre-K4A, Pre-K4B, KA, 3rd, 6A, 7th
- Tuesday: KB, 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6B, 8th
*The St. Jerome Apparel Store (including the St. Jerome Festival Shirt) through Sixsmith Sporting Goods is now available online here. All orders must be placed online by today, Sunday, September 12th at 11:59 PM. Orders will be packaged and delivered to school for us to send home.
*Picture Day is on Wednesday; picture packets were sent home last week. You have the option of ordering and paying for your pictures online here (use the code TSP2021A for Pre-K to 7th grades). Under homeroom, you can put your child's grade (you do not need to put a room number). A copy of the picture packet is posted on the school website here.
*If you have a child in Pre-K3 or Pre-K4 who does not usually come to school on Wednesdays, you are welcome to bring him or her into school at 9:00 AM; we will also have a retake day later in the year for students who are unable to have their pictures taken on picture day (date TBA).
*8th Graders will have their graduation photos taken on Wednesday; a copy of your picture packet is posted here. 8th Grade families may order online here using the code GRAD22C.
*We invite you to join us for Winchester Wednesday on September 15th from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM. Haley Quinn's and Hoboken Cucina will be serving their culinary specialties. Please see the flyer here for more information.
*Registration for our St. Jerome Stingrays Swim Team (Grades K-9) will be held this month at Winchester Wednesday. We are extremely proud of our swim program. *CARES Fun Fridays registrations for September are due this Tuesday. Fun Fridays are for Pre-K3 to 4th grade students to stay after school for a craft, socialization, and fun. Click here for the flyer.
*St. Jerome is offering a new ministry for 7th & 8th Grade girls to learn more about our Catholic faith through the Walking with Purpose Blaze Program. Click here for the flyer with more information and to register online.

Student Health Reminders
If your child tests positive for COVID-19 or is a close contact to a person who tests positive for COVID-19, please contact us. We will seek advisement from the Philadelphia Department of Health and give you direction.
Our reopening plan calls on every member of the school community to support our values of mutual respect, integrity, willingness to sacrifice for the common good and foster community bonds across generations. Commitment to the policies will assist in protecting the health and welfare of all members of our school community.
In an effort to keep all children safe, we ask that Parents monitor their children’s Health daily. Below are the expectations related to the health monitoring.
I attest to :
Fever of 100.4 or above,
chills,
Cough,
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing,
Fatigue,
Muscle or body aches,
Headache,
New loss of taste or smell,
Sore throat,
Congestion or runny nose,
Nausea or vomiting,
Diarrhea,
My child has not had any contact with anyone with COVID
I am following all CDC recommended guidelines and limiting my/my child’s exposure to risks such as above
If any of these symptoms present, please keep your child from school and contact the school. If the symptoms are serious please seek immediate medical attention.
We will keep you informed if the list of symptoms, listed above, changes in any way.
