Class of 2023 - Graduation Photos
Once the proofs are ready, the photographer will contact families with information on ordering photos.
Class of 2024
Yearbook photos will be taken on August 16 and 17 at Olathe South. There is no sitting fee. If you would like to schedule a time for senior portraits with our official photographer, you can contact Strawbridge Studios at 757-803-6574 or through their website,
www.strawbridge.net.
They are offering appointments on July 24 and 25. There is a $39.99 sitting fee for this option

Why: Come out and have fun with the girls golf team, learn about the game of golf, and practice your game to prepare for the upcoming season. Join our program culture of togetherness, hard work, and enjoyment of a lifelong game.
Tall Cop Says Stop
Johnson County Mental Health Center and Olathe Communities That Care present "Tall Cop Says Stop, High in Plain Sight: Current Drug Culture, Trends and Identifiers" with Jermaine Galloway. The event is at the Olathe Downtown Library 260 E. Santa Fe on Tuesday June 13 from 6:30-8:00pm.
Summer Free Lunch Program
The district is offering free lunch to all children age 1 through 18 this summer at Northview, Ridgeview, Rolling Ridge and Santa Fe Trail schools. See attached flyer for more information.
Summer Mental Health Clinic
Olathe School District is offering Summer Help Clinic Programs May 30 through July 27 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 5pm. See the attached flyer for more details.
Summer Athletic Camps at Olathe South
Olathe South is hosting a number of athletics camps this summer. See the attached flyers for information regarding dates, times and links to register.
ACT Boot Camp
ACT Boot Camp will be offered at Olathe South June 5-8 and July 10-13 8:00am to Noon. Each day students will spend time practicing and learning strategies for each section of the ACT under the direction of certified teachers in Language Arts and Math. The cost for the camp is $175 and you can register at this link.

Now is a great time to start to prepare for fall College Now enrollment. The College Now class schedule will be available online on Aug 9. Here are two important reminders:
- Apply – First-time College Now students will need to apply for admission, so why not get this done early! Please select ‘Summer/Fall’ application term if you are planning to take College Now classes this fall.
- Fulfill Placement Requirements (ex., English, math, science, etc.) To determine if a placement test is required for your course, go to jccc.edu/collegenow, and click the See Class Schedules and Counselors link to look up available courses for your high school. If a prerequisite or test score is required for your class, it will be noted.
To assist students, we offer several pathways for students who need to enroll in courses that have a placement test requirement. For information on how to meet the placement requirements for your College Now course, go to jccc.edu/collegenow. Click the See the College Now Enrollment Guide link, then click Learn More About Placement button to see the placement requirements needed for your course.
If you have not taken the Accuplacer but meet the placement requirements with a qualifying ACT score, click the Upload Test Scores button. If you have a qualifying unweighted high school GPA, click the Upload High School Transcript button. If you do not have a qualifying ACT score, HS GPA or AP test score, click the Schedule Accuplacer Test button to schedule an appointment to take the Accuplacer placement test at JCCC. You will still need to enroll in the class after your placement waiver is issued or after you test and earn a qualifying score.
