Anne Carragher Wellness Challenge
Week 1 - Focus on Goal Setting
Welcome to Week 1
- Review this week's scorecard ASAP to maximize your point potential!
- Every newsletter, scorecard, link, and download can always be found on the Wellness Challenge Website!
- You're not expected to do it all. There will be a lot of challenges and events offered throughout the next six weeks. Choose the most life giving ones and encourage your team mates to tag along.
This week we are focusing on goal setting. On the top of your scorecard, there is a place to enter in your personal improvement goal for the Challenge. Take this week to form and refine your goal making sure it is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Share your goal with your teammates and hold each other accountable week to week. On future scorecards, we will be checking in with your personal improvement goal. You will receive points for making progress and completing your goal!
Feed Your Brain
Each week we offer an opportunity to learn something new or think about a wellness topic in a different way. We'll include a link to an article or a video - and by simply reading or watching it you'll earn points - and heck, you might just learn something too. This week feed your brain by Neil Pasricha.
