Vaccination Clinic

Monongalia County Schools is offering vaccination clinics in every elementary school. North will be offering vaccines for interested families on Friday, November 19th from 10:00 - 11:30. Registration information went home on Friday, but can also be found on the North website under the news section or by clicking the link below. https://boe.mono.k12.wv.us/Content2/2118


If you do NOT want your child vaccinated, simply do not return the form. No child will be vaccinated without the completed registration form.

All State Choir Auditions Happening this week

All state choir auditions will be happening this week after school on Wednesday and Thursday in the music room. Parents may pick up students after their audition by coming to the music room in the red building behind the school.

Choir t-shirts

On Friday, Miss Mattern will be ordering the t-shirts for the choir. If your child is in choir and you have not purchased the shirt you need to do so by Friday.


To order a choir shirt, you must register for Schoolcash Online. Shirts are $16. Any questions/concerns about ordering a shirt can be answered by calling the office at 304.291.9280. Click link to order shirt: https://monongalia.schoolcashonline.com/

2 hour early dismissal on Friday

Remember that this Friday, November 19th, is a two hour early dismissal for all students in MCS. Additionally, there is no school next week for fall break. School will resume on November 29th.

Progress Reports Go Home on Wednesday

This Wednesday, all students in grades k-5 will bring home their first of three progress reports. Once reviewing the report, sign the envelope and return it to the school with your child. The report is yours to keep. If your child has an IEP, progress reports for their IEP goals will also be included.
