We're teaming up with Bell's Book Bin to give away 2 free comics per customer! (While supplies last.) Customers can pick up one comic from the Children's & Teens' Information Desk on the lower level, and one comic from the Adult Information Desk on the main level.

Don't forget to visit Bell's Book Bin (552 Talbot Street, across from City Hall) after you've visited the library! You can meet Spiderman from 11:00 a.m. until Noon and pick up more free comics!

St. Thomas Public Library and the Library Friends Shop are at the Horton Market!
Every Saturday beginning May 11, 2013 | 8 a.m. to Noon

This month at the Market:
  • May 11 - Paper Craft: Give these books a new life! We're selling bundles of discarded hardcover books, perfect for paper craft and art projects.
  • May 18 - Spring Cleaning: Check these books out now, or they will be purged during the library's "Spring Cleaning." These books haven't seen a lot of check-out action, and are up for discard consideration. Check them out to keep them on the shelf!
  • May 25 - Spinning Wheel Demonstration: Susan from the Adult Dept. will be using her spinning wheel and bringing a collection of books on fabric craft, wool, and knitting for you to borrow.
