WORDS FROM OUR PRINCIPAL

Congratulations to our students who read 530,900 minutes during our PTA Harry Potter Reading Challenge! A huge thank you to Jamee Shields and her committee (Katie Flanders, Leia Perkins, Jessica Poma, Mindy Bichler, Ariel Sparks) for planning the challenge and doing all the work it took to make it a success. They gathered many prizes from a wide variety of sponsors and the students were so excited to put their tickets in the jars for a chance to win one of them. There were 24 grand prizes given out! It has been a fantastic month of reading for our students!

We realize that people are looking forward to the time masks are not required at school, but that time won’t be this school year. Please continue to send your children with masks in the remaining months of school and watch for communication from Davis School District personnel with more information regarding COVID-19 protocols and expectations.

We wish you all a safe, restful, fun spring break and look forward to seeing our students back with us on Monday, April 5th. Fourth term begins on that day and we are expecting to have a great last nine weeks of school!

SURVEY - WHERE WILL YOU BE NEXT YEAR?

There is a survey for parents to complete to let us know where they will be attending school next year. ALL parents should complete this survey.

  • Surveys are available in myDSD for ALL DSD students to tell us what they’d like to do next year.
  • K-6 students can change their enrollment at any time they’d like. We recommend at the term break, but they can switch anytime.
