There is no parking on 73rd street as it blocks traffic. If you are unable to get in to the drop off line with in the parking lot, wait on a side street and not on 73rd St. This ensures that emergency vehicles can proceed if a situation should arise.

• Please make sure a permission slip is filled out for your student. Permission slips were due today. If you have not completed a permission slip, please do so by Monday.

If you are sending in snacks or birthday treats to be shared with the class, please make sure they are from the Nutrition Department's approved snack list. This can be found on the nutrition section of the district website or click on the link below.

Winter Classroom Parties: Tuesday, December 21 at 3 p.m.

On Tuesday, Dec 21st, each classroom will have a Winter Party consisting of a game, snack and craft. Each grade level will have their own unique activities. Due to COVID-19, volunteers are still not welcome in the building so staff will be leading the parties for our students. If you'd like to contribute, the PTO is collecting supplies. You can view our wish list. All donations should be dropped off at the front office, or shipped to the school directly for arrival, no later than Friday, December 17. Thank you for your support!

New or Gently-Used Aprons Needed for the Art Room

The art room is in need of aprons! Do you have any gently used ones that need a new home? We'd love to have them! Simply drop them off at the front office or have your student deliver directly to the art room. It's fun to get a little messy, every once in a while! (Any style, any size is fine.)

Woot, Woot!
Staff at Clive Learning Academy recently got a surprise visit from the PTO's Woot, Woot Wagon! The Woot, Woot Wagon is a special pick-me-up treat designed to show our appreciation for everyone who helps our students succeed. Usually the wagon is a cart, filled with treats and beverages that rolls the school hallways once a month. Due to COVID, this semester the "wagon" is offering goods in the break room. This month’s treats were courtesy of a generous donation from Clive Fareway.

Thank You for joining us at Glazed Expressions!
Last Sunday, our school community offered a fundraising event at Glazed Expressions in Clive. Thank you to all the families who participated by painting fun projects during our afternoon session. We raised money for our school and enjoyed each other's company!
