Components
First, we need to know the components of health. The components the components that we are going to talk about today are, Flexibility, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, and Cardiovascular Endurance.
Flexibility
Flexibility means that you can bend yourself so that your body looks like a star, but not hurt at all. Bending without breaking, Stretching but not straining! Look at the girl down below, doesn't she look flexible? Flexibility is great for competing n things like gymnastics and ice skating.

Muscular Endurance
When you have Muscular Endurance, you basically just keep lifting a lighter weight a higher amount of times instead of lifting the heaviest weight you can. Like that girl down there, she looks like she is lifting a light weight. Muscular Endurance is great for helping your muscles get used to lifting weights so you can lift heavier weights.
Muscular Strength
Although, Muscular Endurance doesn't build muscles as much, Muscular strength builds your muscles. Look at that guy below, do you think that he has Muscular Strength? Muscular Strength is also good for competing.

Cardiovascular Endurance
Cardiovascular Endurance means that your heart and lungs are working together to supply your muscles with oxygen to help them work. This can help you when you need to make sure our muscles can take the the work you are putting on them.
