Virtual Learning Edition

Trimester 2 Coming up...

Greetings Sundevil Families! Schedules for trimester 2 and 3 are now viewable in Synergy Student VUE.

Schedule Change Request Priorities

  • Student needs to repeat a class in which they earned a D or F.
  • 12th grade student notices they are missing a requirement for graduation or college preparation.
  • Student has a missing class period (for example: no class scheduled for period 3 - Note: off-roll is NOT a missing period).
  • Student is scheduled for the wrong level of a class (for example: Scheduled for Spanish 6 and hasn’t taken Spanish 5 yet).
  • Student scheduled to take a class they have already taken and passed.
  • Student wishes to drop a class for an off roll period. (Must be same period as the dropped class).
If your student has one of the above circumstances, please ask them to fill out the schedule change request form. Please note we cannot make elective nor teacher changes.

We are here to help so if your student has questions, please encourage them to reach out to their counselor via email or via the MC Counseling Course in Canvas/My Connect. If you have questions about the re-opening of school, please see Mr. Magno’s Re-opening Plan here.

For seniors applying to colleges that ask for letters of rec (Common Application colleges).
  • Be sure to submit YOUR portion of the application by the deadline. You don’t have to wait for your counselor or teachers’ letter of recommendation to be completed first.
  • If you aren’t sure if you need a letter of rec or need help with your college applications, visit our College Application Checklist webpage here and reach out to your counselor via email!
