From the Principal

Dear Copeland Families,

Hard to believe it is almost fall! Now if the weather would only cooperate... I am sure looking forward to our first cool front and some cooler days.

In lieu of traditional Open House this year, our staff will be hosting different grade level events. Grade levels will be sending information to families. Teachers have sent or will be sending home the information they usually share at Open House for your review. Feel free to contact them with any questions you may have regarding the information.

Our Big Kahuna fundraiser kicks off Wednesday, September 18th. Our Colts will be so excited to collect sharks! We have two major fundraisers each year, and this is our major fundraiser for fall. Online orders for the Big Kahuna will close on Friday, October 4th. Thanks so much for your support of our fundraisers!

Mark your calendars for our Field Days!

  • 2nd and 4th grades, Tuesday, October 22nd
  • 1st and 5th grades, Wednesday, October 23rd
  • Kinder and 3rd grades, Thursday, October 24th

Field Day shirts are now available for purchase via School Cash Online. We are hoping for fabulous weather. We will reschedule field days if the weather does not cooperate. It is such fun for all, and we would love to have you join us.
