Breakfast Meeting
Capital Region ESD 113
Please Join Us For A Complimentary Continental Breakfast!
Dr. Baker will provide a refresher of the presentation he made in September (Part I) and transition to Part II during the Superintendents' meeting.
Dr. Baker and his team have conducted over 40,000 classroom observations. As a result of their research and experience, they have identified a very narrow (and clearly defined) set of observable teacher behaviors that are tied to student engagement and increased learning. Dr. Baker has something significant to offer everyone who is trying to create instructional focus within the context of locally adopted frameworks. Duaneās approach can be applied to any of the three frameworks; what he has to share will significantly lower stress among principals and teachers as they are wrestling to make sense out of all the content within the eight criteria and instructional frameworks.
