Mustang Monday Message

Mustang Family,

Last week we enjoyed celebrating our September Students-of-the-Month during our first Mustang Stampede of the year! We look forward to spotlighting more students next month.

Tomorrow is our picture day! If you would like to order pictures, see the attached picture for available picture packet options. To order these packages, go to and use our school's code: EVT24CXTJ. Lifetouch has asked that remote learners come for their pictures from 1-2pm.

On Wednesday, we will be holding a hear screening for 1st, 3rd, and 5th graders from 12-2:30 pm. An email with more information about this process will be sent to the parents of these students.

We are looking forward to PTA's Chalk the Walk Fundraiser on the 9th! In addition to the chalk fest, there will be a silent auction (I hear a football signed by BYU's coach Kalani Sitaki will be auctioned off!), pumpkins and concessions. It is going to be a fun night and we hope to see as many of you there as possible.

We would also like to encourage everyone to drive slowly and carefully when dropping off and picking up your students. We have had some scary calls with cars driving way too fast through our crosswalks. I can't imagine anything worse than having one of our students get hit...please, please be mindful of our students that walk and ride their bikes to school.

Throughout the school district we are understaffed with lunch ladies, bus drivers, and substitute teachers. If you are interested in helping out, we would love to see you apply for one of these jobs! Email me if you would like to know how!

We could not be more proud of our Mustangs! We recognize the challenging times that we are in and are so impressed by their hard work, kindness, positivity, and the care they offer to others. Our Mustangs are truly a bright spot in our lives!

Thank you for your support! Best wishes,

Principal Balli
