**Please continue to lift up Dawn Priest’s mother, Dawn, and her family.
**Hannah Mebane and her father are running a marathon to help the Doctors without Borders! Hannah sent everyone an email with an article that her sister wrote....it would not export into our Monday Talk without the pics....please read it via her email. It is touching and motivating. We are all Cheering for their Team....GO HANNAH AND DAD!!!!!!!!
**Darlene Newton's Brother
Wanted to give everyone an update on my brother. The Dr. released him yesterday and he is able to go back to work. Thank you so much to everyone for all the prayers and kind words and when you would stop to ask me about his progress. I appreciate all of you and your prayers!
**Many of you are aware that Emily Brady has been undergoing treatments with some medical issues with her feet. Please continue to support her and lift her up!
**Kennedy Blair Pope-
Thank you everyone for your support during Kennedy's sickness and recovery. We are humbled and thankful to report that she is only on one medication now for digestive issues. She is sitting up, has two teeth, and is one happy little baby! She is truly our little mystery and I agree with Darlene that all of your words of encouragement and prayers are so precious. Thank you from Kennedy, her mommy and daddy, and all of our family!
(Please email me if there is any celebrations or sharing that needs to be added to our Monday Talks…..if I miss anything please let me know……thanks)

Daily Expectations for Soaring to Excellence
Posted and Aligned "I Can Statements"
When we think of reflecting our minds go to the past. Why Not Reflect Forward? John Dewey submits that we learn from reflecting on our experience and not the experience itself. As we reflect on this year and the experiences that we have had with data, professional development, ah ha moments, etc. lets reflect forward. Highfalls is Growing Daily and our Eagles are Soaring2Excellence because of YOU :) Celebrate all of the reflections that you have had with experiences from this year and have a GREAT week because the building is Full of GREATNESS called Eagle Leaders!!!!
Reflecting Forward :)
