CHEROKEE BAND NOTES - SECOND SEMESTER UPDATE
Dear Cherokee Band Students & Parents,
As we start to bring the 2023-24 school year to a close, things only get busier for the Cherokee Band. See the following information regarding upcoming concerts, trips, etc.
SOLO AND ENSEMBLE
On Saturday, April 13th we had MANY 7th and 8th grade band students participating in the Springfield Middle School Solo & Ensemble Festival. We had 50 entries with most groups and individuals receiving the top rating of a "One/Exemplarary" raiting. We are really proud of the work put in by students in preparation for this event. We have too many students to list here for recognition, but we will recognize students at our Spring Concert with medals for "one" or "two raitings".
