A Note from Dr. Tormala
During the first month of school, I had the opportunity to visit every building in the District, and I've been beyond impressed seeing the incredible student engagement firsthand. Our buildings are vibrant with students, learning, and activities. I invite you to see it for yourself. Follow along with me on Twitter at @DrTormalaWSD and check out #WeAreWentzville to peek into our classrooms. I know you'll be as impressed as I am watching our curriculum come to life.
I also had the pleasure of highlighting our District on a national stage during an interview with "the school district" podcast. Take a listen and let me know your thoughts!
It has been an honor meeting many of you these past few months and hearing your hopes and dreams for our students, staff, and community. The best interest of our students continues to bubble to the top in our many conversations, and I know that working toward this common cause will make for a great year.
