INNIS ELEMENTARY ATTENDANCE PROCEDURES--STAY IN THE GAME--MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD IS ACCOUNTED FOR DAILY
It is our school expectation that your child will be present daily from the beginning of the day to the end of the school day.
Late arrival and removing the child from class early do affect your child's attendance (excused or unexcused). However, if for some reason your child will not be present on any given day:

MAGGIE BURNES
The Family Ambassador:
(1) Serves as a liaison between the school and home, facilitating a partnership in support of student academic achievements.
(2) Coaches and mentors' families on how to be engaged members of the academic team.
(3) Advises and trains families to address issues and to advocate on behalf of their child’s education.
(4) Connects families to community-based services, school counselors, and/or social worker
(5) Expands volunteer opportunities
(6) Maintains and encourages two-way communication with families regarding important school information (i.e., email, family bulletin board, newsletter, infinite campus, etc.)
(7) Maintains a family resource center (where applicable).
