Dear Everitt Families:

We can’t wait to welcome our teachers and staff back for the 2022-2023 school year next Wednesday. Next week, we will spend time learning and planning together to prepare exceptional learning experiences for our students.


Next weekend, the Wheat Ridge community will gather for the 53rd Carnation Festival. Everitt will be participating in the Carnation Parade on Saturday, August 13th. Bring your family and join us at 38th and Depew at 9:30 am to walk with the Everitt float. We look forward to walking with you.


On Friday, August 12th we will hold registration from 12:30-6:30 pm in the cafeteria. You only need to attend registration if you need to enroll at Everitt, need help applying for free and reduced lunch online, need to drop off updated immunization records, or need help updating your information in Infinite Campus.


Next Friday, I will include the schedule and more information about Back-to-School Night.

Registration Information ~ August 12, 2022:

Registration Information ~ August 12, 2022:

In-person registration will only be held for those who need assistance or new students enrolling at Everitt. This includes assistance with Infinite Campus, Enroll Jeffco, Free and Reduced online applications, paying fees, and turning in new enrollment documentation only. We will have workstations set up to provide families access to Jeffco Student Fee Payments, SchoolCafe, and online Free and Reduced Meal Benefits applications. All devices will be sanitized between each use.


  • Students with last names beginning A - G: Please attend between 12:30 - 2:30 pm
  • Students with last names beginning H - P: Please attend between 2:30 - 4:30 pm
  • Students with last names beginning Q - Z: Please attend between 4:30 - 6:30 pm


** If your scheduled time doesn't work for you, please feel free to attend in another window that day. If this day doesn't work for you, please call our main office at (303) 982-1580 to schedule an alternative time.


Jeffco Infinite Campus - (Opens on August 1st)


  • Existing families should go online to update their accounts and verify student information and emergency contact information.

  • A new student in a current family will simply need to be added to the existing family account.

Please join us for Back to School Night from 5:30-7:30 pm. During this evening families and students will have the chance to:


  • Drop off shared, schoolwide supplies
  • Meet your teachers and see your classrooms
  • Tour the school
  • Learn how to partner with Everitt to support your student's success in middle school.

On behalf of the Everitt Middle School PTA, we would like to welcome all our families back for the 2022-2023 school year.


We are excited about the many opportunities this coming year for our community (students and families) to come together in person and have fun!


There are a few opportunities for everyone to get involved in right away we would like everyone to be aware of:


Thursday, August 11th - Back to School Teacher Luncheon - We want to welcome our amazing Everitt staff back to school with a welcome back teacher luncheon on Thursday, August 11. This is a special chance to recognize our staff and give them the opportunity to connect over lunch before welcoming our students back to school. We would greatly appreciate your donations and/or help in making this luncheon a success. Please sign-up here:

Saturday, August 13th - Wheat Ridge Carnation Festival Parade; Everitt Middle School Float - Our amazing Student Council will be decorating a float and we would love to invite all of our students and families to join by walking the parade route with our student council and Everitt staff. The parade starts at 9:30am on Saturday but staging begins at 8:30am in the area south of 38th Avenue on Ames, Benton, Chase and Depew Streets. The school will send a message out next week with the exact street to meet at. Feel free to use the Everitt parking lot if you'd like to carpool with other families.


Our first PTA meeting is Wednesday, September 7th at 6:30 in the library and on Zoom.


We look forward to seeing and welcoming returning and new students and families to our amazing community, keep an eye out for info on our first PTA meeting and other opportunities to stay connected.

Annual Update Process

Each year all existing Jeffco families are asked to complete the Annual Update process. This gives families the opportunity to confirm their household information (address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, etc), their student's information, and sign the agreements required each year. Families complete the update process once for their entire household and it is reviewed by school staff once submitted.


1. Log in to Campus Parent Portal using your Jeffco Parent username and password.

If you need assistance with your username and/or password, please go to the Personal Account Manager to recover or reset your information.


2. On the left hand side, click the "More" option at the bottom of the menu.


3. Click the "Online Registration" option.


4. A new window will open, click "Existing Student Registration".


5. On the next page, you will see a list of your students who are enrolled for the upcoming school year. Click "Begin Registration".


6. At this point, you will be taken to the Online Registration module to verify and update your information. For more information on each screen you will be prompted to complete, please click here.

Accessing Student Schedules

You can access your child's schedule by going to this link and logging in. If you have more than one child enrolled in Jeffco, select your Everitt student in the drop-down menu and then select "schedule." You will be able to see your student's schedule for the first semester. We are always available to help if you need support.
