News from the Nurses
Notes from the Green Meadow Nurse’s Office
With the cold weather quickly approaching, runny noses and chapped lips are aplenty!
Please send your children in with tissues packs and a chapstick that they can keep at their desk for easy access.
Also, we are happily accepting donations of tissue boxes and clothing, including winter gear as well as shirts, pants, underwear (new) and sneakers/shoes in all sizes.
Thank you for your support!!

GM PTO Holiday Shoppe
As a holiday tradition, the GM PTO is again sponsoring the Holiday Shoppe, a gift-purchasing event for the children. The event gives children the opportunity to purchase a special gift for their family/friends. This event is for Green Meadow students in grades K-3 only.
This year, the Holiday Shoppe will run on Saturday, December 3rd at the Boys and Girls Club from 10am-2pm. All children wanting to participate will need to sign up for a 15 minute time slot.
Time slots are on a first come, first serve basis.
Make sure to sign-up each of your children for a timeslot, not yourself!
Once signed up, envelopes with details for shopping will be sent in backpacks the Thursday before!
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!
This event would not be possible without the help of our volunteers. Please help keep this tradition going by signing up for a time slot. We need parents to shop with kids as well as do simple wrapping (put items in bags)!
Click HERE to sign up to volunteer or email Kim Pratt at vp@gmpto.org. We are looking for one hour time slots from 10am-2pm that day!
Note: All volunteers must have a current CORI on file with the school. If volunteering for the Holiday Shoppe, please submit a CORI prior to Tuesday, Nov 29th if you have not submitted one for this current school year.
Questions? Contact Kim Pratt, Holiday Shoppe Coordinator, at vp@gmpto.org.
