Wolf Call Weekly- 8/29/22-9/2/22

Welcome to this week!

HELLO WOLF PACK STUDENTS AND FAMILIES,

We hope this message finds you well and that your school year is off to a good start!

In an effort to continue improving communication to our families and community of West Hills High School, we use the Wolf Call Weekly which includes weekly, informative messages and announcements about all things West Hills. Students and families will still receive messages from the school with specific announcements, things to remember, and highlights of which to be aware of. The West Hills website will include a page that will host current and previous reports as a resource. (Info, Wolf Call Weekly) We encourage your participation as an active reader of these newsletters that will help bridge our communication between WHHS and Students & Families. Thank you for your continued support for all students at West Hills!

WHHS Administration,

Book a senior formal NOW!

If you did not get photographed for your senior portrait over the summer, please book an appointment for September's makeup dates. [The sitting is free for yearbook-only sessions.]

Students will be photographed in their choice of suit or drape.

A word about wardrobe: Those selecting drape should wear a tank or cami that can be pushed down on the shoulders when the drape is placed over it. The suit can fit over any light-colored basic shirt.

Seniors who choose not to be photographed will have their ID photos included instead.

Your client ID uses the format 23WHHS-######

Classroom Presentations

These past few weeks, our Admin. Team visited Social Science classes for our Making the Right Choices presentation to all of our students. Principal Mrs. Baker, along with Assistant Principals' Mr. Hoadley, Mr. Falconer, and Mrs. Gaeir presented this content stemming from input from our PACK Council Committee and students wanting ALL students to hear this important message about choices and consequences on campus. We appreciate everyone's support to help our students know and understand our focus on teaching and learning in everything we do.

BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT FOR PARENTS: September 7

Please mark your calendars to be here on campus for our Back to School Night on September 7, 2022. This is an opportunity for parents to meet their student's teachers in person briefly and learn a little bit more about the classroom their student is in each day

More information to come soon!

Ms. Addy's Chemistry Class

Thank you Ms. Addy for the pictures of our students at work. They take us to Chemistry island! Which piece of lab equipment would be most useful for survival if stranded?
