Lowell Memo: Summer Issue

August 2014

Published by Lowell School & the Lowell PTA

Welcome to the 2014-15 school year!!

Dear Lowell families,

It is with great anticipation and excitement that I welcome our new and returning families to another year at Lowell! I hope you're in the midst of enjoying a wonderful summer. Here at school, we are busily preparing for your children's arrival and hope you find this summer edition of the Memo helpful in preparation for the year ahead.

This afternoon, a Blackboard Connect e-mail was sent to the primary e-mail of each Kindergarten family in half-day to notify them of a.m. or p.m. placement. If you did not get that notification, you are welcome to contact the school office on or after Monday; you can also e-mail me directly for that information. Teacher assignments for ALL Lowell students will be available through ParentVUE after 4 p.m. on Friday, August 15th. Again, you are welcomed to call the office after that time if you are unable to retrieve the information.

I thank you for your ongoing support, and I am grateful for your trust and partnership as we work to best meet your children's needs.

Kathy Melton
