From Grace

Aloha, everyone! For this week's Reflective Practitioner, I had for us, a wonderful article on classroom tinkers and inventors to inspire our Making work and to motivate us, even if we're still a bit unsure about why and how to make this work. And then I took a look at the calendar and realized what a busy week this is for all of us as we process the need for a new staff member, as parent conferences are held, final grading is completed, report card timelines are met, and Octoberrama arrives. And I remembered that this is the reason I asked PTA to support our teachers this week. And then I made an adjustment.

So..... with that in mind, I have shifted this week's article to next and offer you motivation to keep going during this extra busy week instead. Enjoy and remember that you have Something Inside so Strong! Have a happy eighth week of school. Take time to greet each other, smell a flower, read a poem, try the Dremel in the Maker Lab, or any other thing that make you smile.
