GISH GLIMPSE
April 2023
A NOTE FROM THE ADMIN TEAM
Warriors' Basketball has concluded. All four teams (junior and senior boys' and girls' teams) did well. Senior teams finished playoff games at Hillgrove School with our girls' team on the losing end after playing hard. Our boys' team finished first place in tier 2.
The Pre-Registration deadline is very near. Parents, if you have not done so, it is PARAMOUNT that you re-register for Gish School. If you have not registered before the beginning of Spring Break, we may not have room to accommodate your children at Gish School. Gish is very popular and many other parents want to register their children. This info was shared with all parents/guardians on March 20.
We are looking forward to our school-wide concert on Thursday, June 1, and our junior high Musical Theatre on Friday, June 2. Stay tuned for more details.
For our Muslim population, we wish to say "Ramadan Mubarak" and hope that your fasting is going well. We recognize that it is very difficult for students to go without nutrition during the school day and we will do our best to support all of our students.
Thanks to all of our stakeholders for your continued support. WE are very fortunate at GISH School.

Gish Students Triumph at the Science Olympics
The goal was to make a functional Rube Goldberg Machine to wake up their teacher. This alarm had to consist of 5 steps, at least 2 simple machines, and most importantly, be a pleasant wake up.
The final projects and mystery challenge received rave reviews from the judges; Gish was rewarded with bronze, silver, & gold for all of their hard work.
