This message is regarding our nutrition program. Each week, every family in the district will get a new survey to plan for the week ahead. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE in our bag lunch program, you must complete the survey by Friday of that week, so we can plan for the week ahead. There will be no cost for the meals. The very short survey attached to this message needs to be submitted by Friday, March 20th, by noon to plan for the week of March 23rd through 27th. If you do not have an email on file at the school or don’t receive the email from the school, it can be found on the school’s website or Facebook page. You can also call the high school (483-2232) or elementary (483-2225) and complete the survey by phone.
At this time, food will be delivered to homes, but if larger numbers of families request we may need to set up pick up sites in multiple communities. At this time, meals will be delivered sometime after 11:00. Drivers will not exit the vehicle and students are expected to meet the vehicle to retrieve the meals. Each bag will include that day’s lunch and the next day’s breakfast. The drivers will only stay for a few minutes before they move on to the next location, so please have students watch and be ready. Lunch bags will not be left at a door.
