Impacts of the war after

Took away 2 million lives, 3 million were wounded and hundreds of thousand of children were left orphans. On the United States side, more then 58,000 American soldiers killed while more than 150,000 others wounded. There are still children in Vietnam growing up with a variety of diseases and disabilities because of the harmful chemicals carried out in the war.

Impacts on the war before

Impact on North and South Vietnam. The bombing from the U.S. made it very difficult for people to live there. Multiple bombs were dropped at the same time period, for many years, which made it harsh for the living environment. The North part was more destroyed then the South part, a lot of infants died prematurely.
