Please join the Ohio PTA and Start Talking! on Thursday, May 19, at 7 p.m. for a special conversation about drug abuse prevention and free resources available to families. Drug overdoses are a public health epidemic impacting our families and our schools. Parents are the first line of defense and have a strong role to play in this fight. National research has shown that children are up to 50 percent less likely to use drugs when their parents and other trusted adults talk with them about drug use.
If you would like more information about the Start Talking! program, please visit http://starttalking.ohio.gov/.
